GLOSS STUDIO BRIDAL

Your Wedding Date will be secured after the SIGNED CONTRACT and BOOKING FEE have been received. All bookings for weddings are based on a "first-come-first-serve" bases. No dates will be guaranteed without a signed contract and booking fee.

A booking fee for $100 is required to secure your wedding date. This is non-refundable. 

Invoice will be sent via email to be paid online. The BOOKING FEE is to reserve your wedding date only. It does not go towards any day of services.

For hair and makeup contracts, a minimum of FIVE adults must receive BOTH hair and makeup services for the rates listed in contract. For hair or makeup ONLY contracts, a minimum of FIVE adults must be receiving services for the rates listed in contract. If your bridal party does not meet the required minimum for the hair and makeup contract you are still required to pay the minimum total amount of FIVE services based off of your contract.

BRIDAL PREVIEWS will be scheduled approximately 2-3 months before the wedding. We do not accommodate bridal previews Friday-Monday as we keep this open for weddings.

PERFERRED STYLIST

BOOKING

If you have selected a “preferred stylist” for your wedding date, they will automatically be assigned to your wedding if they are available and your contract and booking fee is paid.

If you are booking a hair and makeup contract you may request ONE makeup artist and ONE hair stylist. If you are booking a hair or makeup ONLY contract you can request ONE stylist.

If they are already booked with prior commitments, you will be notified that they are not available and asked if you’d like to move forward with booking services with another available artist.

If you have an assigned “preferred stylist” it does mean that they will perform services on the “BRIDE” the day of the wedding however it does not guarantee they will be performing services on the entire bridal party.

If your preferred artist becomes unavailable due to sickness, personal circumstances or loss of employment with Gloss Studio, you will be notified immediately and a replacement lead artist will be reassigned. In the event you wish to cancel your contract due to your “preferred stylist” becoming unavailable from the reasons listed above, your booking fee will not be refunded.

If you do not have a preferred stylist listed, we will assign an artist for you. This artist is subject to change if they become requested at another wedding or become unavailable however a lead artist will be reassigned. Once your bridal trial is scheduled and completed the same artist will be assigned to your wedding date.

TRAVEL FEE

Bookings within a 30 mile distance from our studio location will be charged a $50 travel fee per assigned artist. Bookings outside of the 30 mile distance from our studio location will be charged a travel fee to and from destination ($1 per mile) round trip per assigned artist. Artist are not responsible for any necessary parking fees. Traveling costs and parking fees including valet must be accommodated for all scheduled artists.

PAYMENT

At Gloss Studio we pride ourselves in efficient and quality work. Our artists will schedule 45 minutes per person per service and 1 hour and 20 minutes for the bride. Two Months prior to the wedding date a schedule will be created from Gloss Studio with the appropriate timing to complete the bridal party. Gloss Studio will determine start time in order to complete services for the bridal party by the finish time given from the photographer. If the bridal party requires an early start time before 6AM there may be an additional cost or accommodations of an overnight stay for the artists may be required.

CANCELLATION

IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION OF SERVICES AND BREAK OF CONTRACT FROM GLOSS STUDIO LLC , GLOSS STUDIO REQUIRES A NOTIFICATION IN WRITING AT LEAST 30 DAYS BEOFRE THE ORIGINAL EVENT DATE.

A CANCELLATION OF 90 DAYS BEFORE THE ORIGINAL EVENT DATE WILL RESULT IN THE CLIENT TO BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY 50% OF THE REQUIRED MINIMUM PAYMENT OF $2000(HAIR AND MAKEUP CONTRACT) OR $700 (HAIR OR MAKEUP ONLY CONTRACT).

A CANCELLATION OF 30 DAYS OR LESS THAN THE ORIGINAL EVENT DATE WILL RESULT IN THE CLIENT TO BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY THE FULL BALANCE OF THE REQUIRED MINIMUM PAYMENT OF $1400 (HAIR AND MAKEUP CONTRACT) OR $100 (HAIR OR MAKEUP CONTRACT).

IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION, THE CREDIT CARD USED TO SUBMIT THE BOOKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED THE AMOUNT LISTED ABOVE IF APPLICABLE. THIS IS THE ONLY CANCELLATION WE WILL ACCEPT. THE BOOKING FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE IN ANY CASE OF CANCELLATION.
